We are a budget-conscious couple, for weddings do you have a minimum?

Yes, since what sets us apart from a typical retail florist is being able to provide you our full undivided attention throughout the whole process, not just on your big day. All our wedding pieces are designed with your vision and dream in mind, with no two weddings ever being alike. 

Thursday Wedding - $1,400 minimum

Friday Wedding - $1,600 minimum

Saturday or Sunday Wedding - $2,200 minimum

Birthday Parties, Showers, Anniversary and the like… $500 minimum

Our wedding is local to the Hudson Valley, is delivery and set up free? 

Since we only deliver within a 25 mile radius, we offer free delivery and set up for all weddings. Anything over a 25 mile radius, will have to be discussed and a fee will be involved.

We are in the area, can we stop by to talk about our wedding?

We would love to meet you in person, but certainly at a time in which we can give you our full attention. We take our appointments very seriously since we know that the most precious gift anyone can give someone is their time. To set up an appointment with us, simply fill out our contact page and we will get back to you asap.

We have our wedding date set, how far in advance should we meet with you? 

The sooner the better, we always say! Since we are a small team of expert floral designers, who only take on a select number of weddings each year, popular dates fill up quickly.

We live out of town and not able to meet in person until closer to the wedding, can we have a consultation over the phone? 

Whether near or far, we would love to work with you! If you prefer the phone, we can certainly do any consultations via phone or email. 

We have our appointment set, how long will the bridal consultation last?

Typically our bridal consultations take no longer than an hour, but we always block out more time to ensure we answer all the questions you may have.

We would like to add an extra special touch without breaking the bank, do you provide rentals?

Yes, we have a variety of rentals we offer from table numbers, painted windows, lanterns to candles and more at little or no cost to you. 

Flowers are pretty, but please don’t ask me what type they are. Will you help me find the perfect flowers that fit my vision and budget? 

During our consultation, we will provide photos of all the flowers that are being discussed, along with providing a resource to look up flower types later at your convenience. 

Thank you for the floral quote, we just need some time to discuss. How long is this quote good for? 

Your floral quote is good for 30 days after the initial send date. Once the 30 day mark has passed with no decision, that date is no longer going to be held and pricing may change. 

We’d love to work with you, what are the next steps? 

To hold your date, a flat fee deposit will need to be made. Once deposit payment is received, that date is saved specifically for your wedding. 

Our needs have changed recently, can changes be made to my original floral order? 

We completely understand that needs and circumstances may change as your wedding date approaches. During your final consultation or prior to, we can add any additional products or services you may need. For any products or services that may need to be removed, you may only remove up to 10% of your originally contracted floral order. 

Our wedding date is fast approaching, when should our final meeting be?

Your final meeting will always be 30 days before or thereabouts, prior to your wedding date. During this time all final details will be discussed, such as guest and table counts, along with final payment being due in full. 

My aunt would love a wedding centerpiece to take home, can she do that? 

Have at it Aunt Mary! We would love for your flowers to be repurposed in someone's home, instead of going back home with us. If there is a rental involved, we do ask that only the flowers be taken in those cases. 

The big day is over, how do we get all these items back to you?

Leave the clean up to us! We will work with the venue on the best time to come back to clean up any items you have not purchased to take home. The last thing you need to worry about before the honeymoon who is going to clean up, so sit back and relax we got you covered.
